Tap to Pay works using your Studio Manager App and your existing Merchant Services account. It can be used for payments made from the Student or Parent page OR in Point of Sale.
-
You can start by logging into the app on a compatible NFC-equipped iPhone or Android and processing a payment. For example, you can start with a Student or Parent payment or create an order in Point of Sale.
-
On the final payment step, where you might normally enter credit card information, you will see a Tap to Pay button. Tap that button to use Tap to Pay.
-
If using an iPhone, an administrator of your account must be the first to use Tap to Pay. Your admin will be asked to accept Apple's Terms & Conditions before your first payment can process.
-
The screens on your phone will now walk you through accepting a payment from your customer. All types of in-person, contactless payment methods are valid - from physical debit and credit cards to Apple Pay and other digital wallets.
