How do I initiate Instant Payouts?

If your account is eligible for Instant Payouts*, you'll see the option under your Merchant Services console.

Head to More > Merchant Services > Transfers:

You'll see the button for Instant Payout.

Click the button and you'll see a few options.

Select the bank account you'd like to pay out to and the amount (any amount greater than $0.50 but equal to or less than the amount available to pay out - there is a max of $5000 a day).

Notice: You'll see the Instant Payout fee before initiating the payout.

Click Pay out.

Once complete, you'll see the pop-up showing Payout Sent, and it will typically arrive in your account within 30 minutes.

Instant Payouts will show on the Transfer Detail page, similar to regular payouts, however they will not be clickable links. These Instant Payouts pull from the available balance to payout and will not show details as to which transactions are included in the payout, like regular payouts do.

The next regular payout will show any Instant Payouts made since the last regular payout to account for the funds.

To limit fraud possibilities through instant payouts, each account must meet certain requirements. These requirements are as follows:

• Available for US customers only at this time
• Accounts have to be greater than 60 days old
• Accounts must have greater than $15,000 in lifetime processing volume 
• There is a daily max limit of $5,000
• Accounts must have a dispute rate of less than 2%
• The user's email address must match the person listed as the owner or representative on their Studio Pro Merchant Services account to access Instant Payouts
