What is Studio Pro Merchant Services?

Studio Pro Merchant Services is fully integrated payment processing for our US and International customers.  It is fully PCI-compliant processing powered by Stripe.  This changes how you may normally view electronic payment processing, where you might sign up for software like Studio Pro and also sign up for payment processing separately and then connect the two. 

With Studio Pro Merchant Services, everything goes through the Studio Pro.com account:

• Sign up for payment processing
• Check payment details
• Issue refunds
• Check transfer history
• See past statements
• Contact us for any support you might need

We have also added some new features:

• Streamlined refunds- Instead of manually logging a refund on a student's account after it has been processed in your Payments Console, the system will give you the option to post that refund on the student's Journal History for you!  This will be a huge time saver! 
• New deposit schedule options- With Studio Pro Merchant Services, you'll have additional choices on how frequently your funds get deposited into your account. 
• Add terminals for point-of-sale purchases- We've added terminal integration with the new Studio Pro Merchant Services (available only in the US and Canada).
• ACH Payments (BECS in Australia): Added Security & the ability for parents to self-serve in the Parent Portal - ACH payments are only available in the US and BECS in Australia. 

To get started, an admin in your account must go to More > Merchant Services and sign up.  Once your account is approved, you can start taking payments immediately.
