You can post tuition to all active students by going to More > Tuition & Statements and clicking the button at the top that says "Post Tuition to Accounts".


Use this transaction to apply the system calculated tuition for each student enrolled in classes. Running this program will create a debit entry on the student's statement.
Typically, this program will be manually run once per month. However, you can run it on the schedule that matches your billing cycle. (Monthly, Quarterly, Every 9 weeks, Yearly...).

You are given several options to Post Tuition by location groups and seasons.
You can also post tuition selectively by the student. Just check the box by their name.

above it says "You are given several options to Post Tuition by location groups and seasons." However, there doesn't seem to be a choice to choose by season which is what I am needing to do?
