Important: These fees are collected when customers purchase tickets. Your business will still be charged the $1 USD per ticket Ticket-Pro fee on the 1st of the following month. Essentially, you collect $1 USD on top of each ticket purchase, and that $1 USD is collected on the 1st of the following month when your fees are due. You can view your fees under More > Balance.
To set up convenience fees for Ticket-Pro, go to More > Tickets & Events and pick your event.
Then click "Ticket Fees" in the left menu.
Ticket-Pro convenience fees are calculated based on what you are charged for merchant and ticket processing. Fill in the "What do you pay?" section, and be sure to enable convenience fees in the "Applying the Fees" section. You can also tell the system to adjust in-person sales based on whether the customer pays with a credit card or with cash. Be sure to click "Save Changes" when you are done.
When you have saved changes and enabled convenience fees, the system will add that amount when a customer purchases a ticket to any show added for that event.
