The contact tracing feature is a quick way to get in touch with all students that had a class with a particular student during a selected date range.
To use contact tracing, go to Students and select the student. Then look under Student Actions for Contact Tracing.
In the popup, select the date range you want to check, and if you want to check for students that were confirmed in class by being marked present or just include everyone enrolled in those classes.
**If you don't regularly take attendance in Studio Pro you would want to use the enrollment option.
Now click the button to Check for Students. That will show you how many students came into contact with this particular student based on your selections. You then have the option to run a report which can then be saved or printed, email the students, or send a text to the students.
