You are able to use Parent Groups and Student Groups to help you when running Auto-Pay. Once you have your groups set up and the students or parents have been assigned, you will see the More link on your Auto-Pay page.
First, go to More > Auto-Pay, and at the top tell the system if you want to charge by one of the following:
- Just Tuition
- The full account Balance
- Tuition or balance, whichever is less
Now you can click the More link highlighted below to see the student group and parent group dropdowns.
**Keep in mind that if you only have student groups set up you will only see the student group dropdown and NOT the parent group dropdown.
With nothing selected in those dropdowns, Auto-Pay works like normal and will charge all of the students in a family based on whether you selected Just Tuition, The full account Balance, or Tuition or balance, whichever is less.
Notice by default, the family below has 4 siblings with a balance and the parent is going to pay for four when you run auto-pay.

If you scroll up and select Student Groups this is updated automatically to only charge the siblings that are in this student group. For example, if we select the Competition student group:

Then the amount this parent pays is updated to only include their Competition students. Other students that are not in that group are automatically removed, and parents that do not have students in that group are automatically unchecked for you.

You can use Parent Groups in a similar way. First, select the parent group you would like to charge in the dropdown.

And the system will check and uncheck parent accounts according to whether they are assigned to that group or not. You can also select a parent group and a student group at the same time.
**For example, the selection below would automatically check the boxes for just those parents in the "Pay on 15th" parent group that also has students in the "Competition Teams" group, and would only charge amounts for "Competition Teams" students.
