The system is automatically going to send an email to the customer when they register for a trial class, and you are able to customize this email.
To start, go to Magic > Online Registration, then scroll down and select the "Trial Email" tab.
There are three spots for entering custom text - the intro, the message body, and the closing.
You can also add links to important files to your email. To add a link you can upload a new file to Studio Cloud or pick from the one you already uploaded.
After you save your changes, you can click the "Preview" button to see what your email will look like.
And your trial email to customers will look like this when you are done.
