If you have received payments but have NOT received a deposit in your bank account yet, first check to make sure a transfer has been initiated by going to More > Merchant Services > Transfers from the left side menu.
If you see transfers that have been attempted but still do not see a deposit, there could be an issue with the bank account info entered when you signed up. To have us check that out, please email us at support@Studio Pro.com or go to More > Help in the main menu and let us know that you aren’t receiving deposits.
