Drop-ins can be logged from the Class Manager and scheduled by the student in Online Registration, but you can also add a drop-in date for a student in the administration side of Studio Pro.
First, go to Classes, pick your class, and click "Drop-ins" in the left menu.
If the student IS NOT already on the drop-in list for that class, you will need to add them using the form at the bottom.
Now click "Add a drop-in date" under the "Actions" button.
Fill in the pop-up form and Save. If you are scheduling a drop-in that they will come to later, choose "This drop-in is scheduled" in the dropdown. You can set the drop-in date, check the box to "Add Drop-In Fee" (if you'd like), and Save.
Now, the drop-in is logged for the student.
