You can upload a file (or add a hosted video link) to multiple classes in a batch using your main Classes page.
Go to Classes in the main menu and then check the boxes for the classes you want to add the file to.
Under the Class Actions button, select "Upload file for selected Classes".
In the Upload File panel, you can now browse for your file and upload it (or enter the shareable video link) enter the Display Name that will be shown to Parents if you check the Share in Portal box and click Upload File or Save Video Link .
