You can remove this option from the parent portal by going to Magic > Online Registration.
In the "Online Registration Settings" section, make sure to uncheck the box that says "Allow parents to drop classes online" and Save Settings.

Allow us to control WHICH SEASON they can drop from. Parents get confused and drop the wrong season all the time since the "Classes" and "Upcoming Classes" don't easily distinguish which semester is connected to the class.
