Go to Magic > Online Registration > Portal Settings from the left side menu.
Click on the Options tab.
Check the box to Verify Users and Save Changes.
Notice: This process will involve you verifying that the person should be able to set up an account. You will manually verify and approve the account before the parent can log in to prevent unwanted access and still protect against duplicate parent entries.
