They can! To enable that option in your portal, go to More > Settings then click Portal Settings in the left menu.
Select the Options tab, then scroll down and check the box to Let Parents edit their student pictures and Save Changes.
After saving that setting, parents can now Add and Edit images of their students on their Students' Page. If there is NO photo saved for the student yet they see a Camera Icon. They can click that icon to upload a photo of the student.
After a photo is saved that updates the image that shows up in your system. If the parent needs to add an updated photo they can click on the existing image to upload a new one.
