How can I email classes that are over?

Go to More > Seasons and select your season that has ended. Then look under the "Season Actions" button for "Season Class Detail."

On the next screen, you can check the boxes for the classes in that season that you want to email, and look under the "Class Actions" button for the option to "Send the selected classes a message."
