When sending texts with Robo-texter, you can choose from three categories of SMS messages (texts). These correspond to certain communications that your customers have opted in or out of in their Parent Portal.
The three categories are:
- Communications - Important updates or reminders related to your studio experience that help you stay informed. (e.g., "Reminder: The studio will be closed this Friday for maintenance")
- Transactional - Messages directly related to your account, billing, or enrollment activity. (e.g., "Your tuition payment for June was successfully processed")
- Promotional - Special offers, events, or updates designed to help you get more involved with the studio. (e.g., "Save 10% when you register early for summer camps!")
When starting a Robo-Text message, you'll see the option to select a Type. Please make sure you use these types appropriately so that your customers receive only what they've agreed to, to stay in compliance.
