Important: These fees are collected when customers purchase tickets. Your business will still be charged the $1 USD per ticket Ticket-Pro fee on the 1st of the following month. Essentially, you collect $1 USD on top of each ticket purchase, and that $1 USD is collected on the 1st of the following month when your fees are due. You can view your fees under More > Balance.
To pass on fees for Ticket-Pro, go to More > Tickets & Events and pick your event.
Then click "Ticket Fees" in the left menu.
You can charge your customers a fee, to recoup the $1 USD Ticket-Pro fee, per ticket.
Be sure to click "Save Changes" when you are done.
Once you've saved changes, the system will add the additional fee when a customer purchases a ticket to any show added for that event.
