You can reserve seats in Ticket-Pro when you use a seating chart.
Go to More > Tickets & Events.
Pick your event, and click "Ticket-Pro Online Ticket Sales" in the left menu.
On the "List all Events" tab, choose "Reserve Seats" under the "Actions" button.
Select the "Reserve Seats" option, and click the seats you want to save.
