A parent unsubscribed - how do they resubscribe?

When a parent unsubscribes, there are two ways they can resubscribe. The first is through their Parent Portal.

The parent can log into the Parent Portal > hover over their name in the upper right > Click Settings > and they'll see the green button to "Sign back up for emails."

Notice:  You will not be able to do this for them by accessing it from the Admin side, the parent will need to log in with their password.

Alternately, you can provide them a link to make it easy for the parent to resubscribe. This is found under More > Settings > Communication Templates > More > Re-Subscribe Link:
