How do I cancel my Studio Pro account?

Your Studio Pro account and subscription can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee.

(Cancellation is a 2-step process. Once you submit the request above, you'll receive an email that we need you to reply to confirm the cancellation request)

Please note:

• We are not able to schedule cancellations, it is up to you to contact us when you want to cancel.
• Our Billing Team is available Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm EST. Cancellations cannot be processed on weekends or holidays. Cancellation requests that are sent in over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. 
• Please make sure cancellation requests are sent at least 48 hours before your billing date to make sure your next payment is not processed before the cancellation request is complete. 

All payments are final.
