Your Studio Pro account and subscription can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee. The original owner of the account will see the option under More > Settings > Account Actions > Cancel My Account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
Please note:
- We are not able to schedule cancellations, it is up to you to contact us when you want to cancel.
- Our Billing Team is available Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm EST. Cancellations cannot be processed on weekends or holidays. Cancellation requests that are sent in over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- Please make sure cancellation requests are sent at least 48 hours before your billing date to make sure your next payment is not processed before the cancellation request is complete.
All payments are final.
