How do I get a Zapier Webhook?

 

Now click on the Create Zap button.

 

Search and click the Webhooks icon.

 

 

Under the Trigger Event select Catch Hook and click the Continue button.

 

This page displays your webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

 

 

You can now return to the Studio Pro Merchant Services Accounting Sync page (More > Merchant Services > Accounting Sync from the left side menu),  Enter your URL, and click Save. 

 

**Now, use the date filters to select a small sampling of data to send to your Zapier WebHook. You only need to send a few records to test the webhook. This information will NOT be saved. Try to send less than 10 payment transactions. 

Click the Send Payments to Zapier button once you have selected your date range. 

 

You can now test your Zapier connection. In the Zapier setup screen, click the Test Trigger button. 

 

You should now see your data. Click the Continue button when you are done reviewing your data.

 

You have finished connecting your Studio Pro account to Zapier. You can now use that data in Quickbooks, Wave, Freshbooks, or any other accounting system by adding an Action. 

 

In this example, we will be using a Webhook to Connect with Xero.

 

Follow the steps for the Action Event to set up the connection and import the payment data. Click Continue. 

 

 

Click the Sign in to Xero button.

 

 

In the new window, click Allow Access.

 

 

Click the Continue button. 

 

 

Set up Action.

 

Now Test the Action by clicking the Test & Continue Button.

 

If the test is successful, click Publish Zap to make it live.
