You are able to edit the number of tickets someone purchased and make selected seats available for purchase again from the Ticket-Pro page of your event. You might use this feature if someone accidentally buys too many seats and they want to keep some seats but return others.
Start by going to More > Tickets & Events and selecting your event. Then click Ticket-Pro Online Ticket Sales in the left menu and select the Tickets Sold tab.
On the Tickets Sold tab, find the purchase that needs to be edited. If you are selling tickets for reserved seating, click on Remove Seats.
If you are selling general admission tickets click on Change # Tickets.
You will see a new form asking you what seats to remove (if you are selling reserved seats) and what the totals should be for Regular tickets, Child tickets, and Senior tickets. Check the boxes for the seats you want to remove and adjust the quantities below as needed. Then click Save Changes.
After you save, the tickets purchased will be updated according to the changes you made.

Is there a way to send a receipt for purchase when buying tickets? The ticket email confirmation doesn't include the cost of the ticket.
