After you mark teacher pay hours or classes taught as paid they are archived to your payroll reports.
To undo a 'mark as paid' go to More > Teachers & Staff and click Enter Payroll Work Hours.

On the Weekly Time Card Entry screen click Undo Paid Items.

Enter the processing date of these hours and click Search Paid Logs. The processing date is the date you marked the items as paid.

Check the items that you want to undo and click Undo Selected.

Those hours will now show up on the Weekly Time Card Entry page where you can either Edit or Delete as needed.

this feature is not working for me as of today. I forgot to change the year in my pay log and it cleared out an entire month. When I got to try to search to undo the paid items, nothing shows up for today. I tried to do this for prior months to see if I could even see teacher pay logs from the past and only one or two teachers work in a given month ut I have over 10 teachers I pay.
