From your phone or smart device, you can easily use these features from Studio Pro:

• Calling/Texting Parents- You can tap to call or text directly from your phone 
• Payment Processing (Point of Sale, Auto-Pay, Student or Parent Payment)

• If you have Premier: Studio Chat & Push Notifications
• Teacher Login, where staff and teachers will be able to access:

How to get started: 

1. If you previously used the Studio Pro Studio Owner App and have it on your phone, update it to the new Studio Pro Studio Manager version. 
2. If the app is not on your phone, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play store and log in using your Studio Pro credentials. 
3. For teachers to use the app, you will first have to create a password for them. Click here for a help article on how to set up teacher passwords. Once their password is set up, teachers can follow step 2.

1. Who is the app for? 

This app is designed for Studio Pro users, including studio owners, office managers, teachers, etc. Your Studio Pro login will work when using a browser and on the app. For teachers to use the app, you will have to create a password for them. 2. Does the app work for Studio Pro and Studio Pro Premier? 

Yes! The Studio Pro Studio Manager App works for both Studio Pro and Studio Pro Premier. The only difference is that Studio Pro Premier users will also have the Studio Chat function enabled. Studio Chat allows 2-way communication with families. You will receive push notifications through the app when you’ve been sent a new message. 

3. Do I need to pay for this app? 

Nope! The app is available for all Studio Pro users for FREE! You can begin using it today! 

4. How does the Studio Pro Studio Manager App differ from the Studio Pro Parent Portal App?  

The Studio Pro Parent Portal App is for your customers. The Studio Pro Studio Manager App is designed for you and your employees. Now your entire dance family can conveniently have Studio Pro directly on their smartphones!

5. I already pay for an app. How is this different?

Some studios choose to have a branded studio app supported by our partners at Mobile Inventor. If you are a Mobile Inventor customer, they’ve provided you with an app with your studio’s branding. Studio Pro has a Parent Portal and Studio Manager App you can use at no extra cost, but it will not be branded for your studio.
