Go to More > Tickets & Events and click on your event. Then click Ticket-Pro Online Ticket Sales in the left menu.
On the List All Events tab, look under the Actions button for the show that the parent is purchasing tickets to. Click Sell In Person.
They can now select their seats or enter the number of general admission tickets they want to purchase. Then you can either process a credit card payment or a cash/check transaction.
Selling tickets in person like this will also incur the $1 USD Ticket-Pro fee per ticket sold.
