Many times when a customer has a declined credit card, it's common to wonder if there is an issue with Studio Pro or Stripe. Studio Pro doesn't actually process or even touch the credit cards, so we aren't able to give a lot of insight about issues with declines or failures.
1. Check the Stripe Services Status Dashboard - https://status.stripe.com/
This will give you insight into what's going on with their services. They could be experiencing issues. It looks like this.

2. Log in to your Stripe account and try to process their card manually in the Dashboard.
That might give you a little more information about why the card is being declined.
