To email customers that purchased a ticket through Ticket-Pro, go to More > Tickets & Events.

Next, find your event. You can jump to the Ticket-Pro page for that event by clicking the ticket icon.

On the Ticket-Pro page for your event, select the Tickets Sold Tab.

You can use the links at the top to jump to a certain show.

Then click Check All to select all of the purchases for that particular show.

If you want to email everyone that purchased tickets for all shows in this event, look under the Sold Ticket Actions button for Check All (Every Show).

After selecting the customers that you would like to email, you can now look under the Sold Ticket Actions button and select Email Selected Customers.
