Where do I set the start time for my calendars?

 

Generally, this will be set to the hour your first class normally starts or the beginning of your regular business hours.  Then when you open your class calendar, appointment calendar, or parent portal calendar the system will start the display there instead of early in the morning.  You can still scroll back to earlier times on your calendars if you need to, this just sets up where they will start for you.
