When you are selling tickets using a seating chart, you will enter the normal price for regular tickets. If certain sections or rows need to have different prices you can set that up using the Special Prices option.
On your Ticket-Pro page under the List all Events tab, click on the Actions button and choose Special Prices.
On the Special Ticket Pricing page you can Add a special price by row or by section. Click the button for the option that you need.
Select the row or section in the dropdown and enter the special prices for that location, then click Save. There is a Seating Chart button at the top to give you a quick view of your layout to help you with this process.
You are able to see the saved special ticket prices in the table below.
When a customer is making a purchase for this show, the system will now inform them of the different prices.
It will automatically apply the different prices to the purchase if a customer selects a seat in a row or section with special ticket pricing set up.
**For our example, when we select 2 seats in Center Row A:
We are asked to pay 40.00 instead of the regular price of 20.00.
