You can enter a special payment for a teacher from the "Enter Payroll Hours" page. This can be any amount and DOES NOT have to be related to their hourly rates or their per class pay.
To log a special payment go to More > Teachers & Staff.
Then click the "Enter Payroll Work Hours" button.
Scroll down to the "Teachers" section, and click the "Add Special Pay" button.
Fill in the date, amount, and note what the payment is for.
The special payment is now listed with the other entries for that teacher and can be edited or deleted just like the others.
