How do I send parent info to Constant Contact?

After you have connected Studio Pro to Constant Contact, you can send parent info from the "Main Parents" Page.  

Start by clicking "Parents" in the top menu.  Then check the boxes for the parents you want to send to Constant Contact.  You can use the quick links to assist in checking parent checkboxes.

 

Under the "Parent Actions" button, click "Send Selected Parents too..."

 

Next click on Constant Contact, select the list you want those parents added to, and click the "Send" button.

Notice:  The selected parents are then sent to your constant contact account; keep in mind that it can take a few minutes for them to show up on your lists.
