You can enable an option to have the system add the names of the items purchased to memos when you process a sales order for a student.
To turn this option on, go to More > Point of Sale. On the Settings tab check the box to Add Item Names to Memos and Save.
With that option checked, memos that you see on the Student Transactions screen for Sales Orders will list the items that were purchased.
