How do I change the contact info on reserved tickets?

After you convert reserve seats to tickets you are able to change the contact info on those tickets from the "Tickets Sold" tab.

First, go to More > Tickets & Events.

Select your event and choose "Ticket-Pro Online Ticket Sales" in the left menu. Then click on the "Tickets Sold" tab.

On the "Tickets Sold" screen, find your reserved tickets and choose Actions > Update Contact Info.

You can now update the name, email, and phone number for those tickets.
