Sure! You can calculate your convenience fees for online payments and/or Auto-Pay based on the processing rates that you pay instead of a percentage.

Start by going to Magic > Online Registration.

Click the Advanced Options button.

**Using the advanced option ensures that your convenience fee IS EQUAL TO the payment processing fee that will be charged, so the amount credited to the parent is the same amount transferred to your bank account.

For Auto-Pay Convenience Fees, go to More > Settings > Auto-Pay Settings, scroll to Convenience Fees, and click on the Advanced Options button.

Enter your current processing rates, check the box next to Enable Advanced Convenience Fees, and click on the Save Changes button.
