Hello,
For our 8-week long summer session classes, we wanted all students to pay as "drop-in" students, but some students have "enrolled". Since our usual school year tuition is charged monthly, I think this means that they have paid their tuition based on the monthly tuition rates set for our school year. However we don't want the system to calculate monthly tuition in the summer session, but to just charge the drop in price for each class.
Can we prevent this happening again? Should we be using fixed fee classes? But since we usually use the monthly tuition structure, will fixed fee classes still get charged as a "monthly rate"?
