You can scan Ticket-Pro tickets using any QR code scanner app or your smartphone's camera. When you scan a ticket, you will be able to see whether the ticket is valid:
If a Parent purchases 3 General Seating tickets, the QR Code will be the same for all three tickets. Since the tickets were purchased at the same time and the QR codes are the same, you will be able to scan 1 ticket three times before it shows the invalid code.
If you are using reserved seating, each ticket is assigned to a specific seat, and the QR code is different on each ticket.
It is important that no one scans their ticket before the event day, as that will count as the ticket having been scanned for the event.
