You can sell items within the Parent Portal using the Online Store feature. This allows customers to purchase items from your studio directly from the Parent Portal and pay online.
Prerequisites for using the store
1. You must have an active account with Studio Pro.
2. You need to set up at least one merchant account. (Studio Pro Merchant Services, Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net)
3. You must enable the store on the main settings page. More > Settings

The Online Store is linked to your Products and Services. Navigate to Magic > Products and Services.
Use the "Item Actions" option to Add A New Item. You can also sell an existing item online if you have already set up all of your items.
You will need to set up some basic data for the item.
- The Item Number
- The Name
- The Description

This information appears in the online store as follows.
Scroll down the item setup page to set up the Item Price.

The Product Category list is the main menu group that will appear in the store. This would typically be Costumes, Accessories, Dancewear, Practicewear.
Notice: We recommend limiting these to 5 to 7 categories.
You can upload up to five (5) product images and one (1) YouTube video.
Notice: The Primary Image for the item is required.
Additionally, you can set up variations of an item under Item Options.
Notice: These options do not impact product pricing.
Now, we are ready to click the "Online Store Settings" tab.
Check the "Sell this item x" box. Once that has been checked and you Save Changes, this item will be available in the Parent Portal.
