If you track inventory for your items but want to sell items online in the Online Store, you can take advantage of our features and options on the Items page.
For example, you want to sell tap shoes online. They range from a size 9 Child to a size 12 Adult in both black and tan.
In Products and Services, you would need to set up an item for each of these so that you can have an inventory by size and color.
However, for online sales, you would only need to add a single item that has the options of Size and Color and you would enter the available values. This is the only Tap shoe that you would set to sell online. All the others would be just for inventory.
**Now at the end of each week, you can run your Items Sold Report and then adjust the inventory based on the options sold.
