The Class Manager is a total classroom management tool designed just for teachers to run classes. It gives teachers and staff the ability to simply leverage the power of Studio Pro without them having to be inside of the system. It also limits teachers from having access to private data such as tuition or contact information. The interface is simple and intuitive. The Class Manager can be accessed on any device with a modern web browser. This includes smartphones, tablets, PCs, and Macs.
The core components of the Class Manager are:
1. Attendance and Roll taking, Drop-in management
2. Access to Lesson Plans - Text and Videos for each class.
3. Class Notes
4. Class Music - Upload your music into Studio Pro and play it from any device with the Class Manager.
5. Costumes - View class costumes.
6. Optional features allow you to grant access for teachers to add students to a class, send Emails, or Print Roll Sheets.
7. Student Report cards - The teacher can record feedback about the student's performance during a class. This information can be private or shared with the parent via the Studio Pro Portal App, MyApp-Pro or within the Parent Portal.
You can access the Class Manager by going to the Magic menu.
You can optionally send the link to a teacher from the More > Teachers & Staff page. Just click on the teacher you want to send the link to and click the Staff Actions dropdown.
The Class Manager can be configured with many different options. To access these, go to More > Settings > Class Manager from the left-hand menu.
**You can also define a PIN code to control access to your Class Manager. This option is on the Secure Settings section of the page.

I am locked out of my ipad class manager even though i set the pin. what am i doing wrong? via website
it is slightly confusing... i just figured this out as well... the verbiage of PIN is incorrect. all that is required is the same password you use to log into DSP. It really should say password not PIN.
How can I have 3 teachers on one class so a backup teacher can log in and do the roll?
I did not set a pin for class manager, I am locked out. How to fix this?
