How do I email a link to the Class Manager with the full list of classes?

If you would like to send the link to yourself or to other managers with the full list of classes, start by going to Magic > Class Manager. That will open a new window that contains the Class Manager.  First, enter the PIN if you have set a PIN for your iPad Class Manager.

 

The URL that you see in the address bar on this screen is your link.

 

Highlight the whole address and copy it. Now, you can paste that link into an email to yourself, your assistants, or whoever needs the Class Manager. Be sure to tell them to save it as a favorite, bookmark it, or put it on their home screen for quick access.
