You can merge the class and transaction history for duplicate students from the main Students page.
**We recommend that you first mark the student that you plan on deleting by updating the last name. That step is not required, but it will help you to identify which record to keep and which one to delete.
For example, here we have two entries for Abby Smith:

We add the word DELETE to the last name of the record we plan on deleting.

Now click on the "Student Options" link and select Merge Two Students.
On the Merge screen, search for the student name that has been duplicated.

Click the Move and Into buttons for the appropriate student records. You are going to Move the student you marked as DELETE and click Into for the other student record that you plan on KEEPING.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see a summary of the students you selected and how the system will merge them. If all the information is correct, click Merge Students.

Now on your main Students page, you should see the classes and transactions combined into one student record.
