The Opt-In link sent to each parent is unique to the email address - it is the email address that is opting in, NOT the specific parent. If the same email address is assigned to a teacher and a parent, they would only have to opt-in ONE TIME for their one email address. However, if a parent opted in with one email address and then their email address changed, they would need to opt in again.
The opt-in email is sent from no-reply@Studio Pro.com with the Subject Line: Opt-In for 'Your Studio Name'. So, the parent should be able to do a search within their email account to locate the Opt-In email. Since the Opt-In email does not time out, the parent should be able to use the original link to opt-in once it is located.

Please have them also check to see if the email was delivered to their SPAM folder. If the parent is still unable to locate the email, please contact us at support. You are also able to see the parent accounts that have not yet Opted-In by using the Unverified Email List Report (More > Reports > Communications Tab).

Please let us resend opt in ourselves....
I need the opt in email resent- how do I go about doing this. Some parents have deleted the original.
