When you send out a Robo-Mailer email, by default any replies from your parents go to your main email address set up under More > Settings. You have the option to add other email addresses to your account as email senders. When you pick a different email sender, then that different email address would get all the replies from the parents.
To set this up, go to More > Settings and click Communication Settings in the left menu.
On the next screen, click More and select Email Senders:
Now click Add Email to add an email to the list, and you will see the email addresses you have added to the list below.
Now when you send a Robo-Mailer, you will see a dropdown asking which email address should be used. The email address you pick will be the email address that gets the replies for those emails that are sent out.
