Start by going to More > Settings and clicking "Communications Settings" in the left menu.
On the Communications Settings screen, click the "More" button, and select "Email Signature."
Enter your email signature and click "Save Changes."
Now when you start a new Robo-Mailer, the system will include that signature for you.
