When you click to send a Robo-Mailer, you have the option to select a Communication Template. Communication Templates can save time with Robo-Mailer and Robo-Dialers.
When you select a Message Template, it will auto-populate the content of the message from your saved template.
To maintain Message Templates, navigate to More > Settings > Communication Templates.
