When you post fees for a student and use due dates, there may be cases where Studio Pro will split up a payment made by parents to apply those funds to different fees.
For example, this student owed for tuition, a private lesson, and shoes. The parent made a payment and credits were applied to each fee so that they all show as paid.
By default, the statement for this parent will show the payment split up as well.
If you want the parent to see one consolidated payment line instead of having it split up, go to More > Settings and click "Statements & Receipts" in the left menu. Check the box to "Consolidate Split Payments Into One Line" and Save.
Now the statement will show one line for the payment that was made.
