Start by going to More > Parents. Then check the boxes for the parents that need yearly payment summaries, or use the quick links to "Check All."
Under the "Parent Actions" button, choose "Yearly Payments."
Now choose the year and how you want to distribute the summaries. You can have the system open a screen that allows you to print them or you can email them to parents. Then click "Process."
If you chose "Print," a new screen opens with the summaries of all the parents you checked. If you selected "Email," emails will be sent and you can see those in the parent's email history.
