For Goods and Service Tax (GST), you can include that amount when you set up your tuition rates and add any fees or have the system add tax to specific fees (tuition, registration fees, etc). Then you can change your statements to show the GST / HST amount on each line item.
Go to More > Settings > Statements & Receipts
There are 3 settings that need to be completed.
1. Check the checkbox "Show GST on the statements."
2. Add a label. For the most part, this will just be GST. However, you can type whatever you want in this field to help your customers understand it.
3. Add the percentage of the fees that are GST. To show a 10% GST, enter the number 10 in this field.
