You can use the system start date to charge a fee based on when they started taking classes.
First, be sure to set the start date for your students. You can set the start date by picking a student and scrolling down to the Start Date dropdowns and Save Changes.
Now you can go to the Main Students Page to charge the fee based on that start date. First, click More then pick the month that you need to charge in the dropdown labeled "Check all with a start date in ..."
The system will automatically check students that started in that month regardless of the year they started. Now you can 'Add a fee to those selected students'
