How do I set up SMS Conversations (2-Way Texting) in the Lead Center?

When first starting with 2-Way texting, you'll need to set up your unique toll-free number from which your studio can send and receive texts. At this time, only the US and Canada can set up toll-free numbers.

Notice:  This number will become the number that your Robo-Texts are sent from as well.

The toll-free phone provider needs a 2-3 week lead time to set up the new number (based on FCC regulations).

To begin this process, go to Magic > Lead Center > Conversations > Conversations Options > Create New Conversation:

Select Get Started:

Fill out the required business information and click "Submit Registration" once complete:

The phone provider will file for the new number per FCC regulations and should approve the number in 2-3 weeks. Once approved, you'll see the option to 2-Way text within your Lead Center.
